Unneeded statistics and blog listing

Hello there,
I'm wondering if it's possible to
a) not get sent the 'writer stats for postmoderncritic', statistics for 'Postmodern University' and 'Out of the Box'? The two blogs mentioned are not domains and I do not write in them often, so it can be annoying to delete these emails every day.
b) Remove the listing of 'Postmodern University' and 'Out of the Box' everytime I post a comment. It looks a bit cluttered, and could be information overload for new users.
If it's too much trouble to fix these that would be okay, but just pointing out ways in which my Orble experience could be improved.
