I was just wondering how you put up a title image up the top of your blog, for the life of me i cant figure out how to do it.

Click on the Settings link for your blog. It's up the top of the page. Let me know if you have any problems.

ok..so I have done all this....but my title is pushed to the right and not centred over my blog!
any ideas on that? anyone....

You need to click on theme, then advanced theme, and then change the left padding in the header section to 0. This will centre you title. Let me know if you have any problems.
