spam alert

there seems to be an Anonymous spammer on the loose leaving really long hyperlinks that look like this:

中国癌&#301 51;网 肺癌 肺癌 胃癌 胃癌 肝癌 肝癌 肾癌 食道癌 子宫颈&#302 84; 乳腺癌 卵巢癌 直肠癌 结肠癌 皮肤癌 甲状腺&#302 84; 胰腺癌 前列腺&#302 84; 膀胱癌 骨癌 鼻咽癌 脑瘤

i have not clicked on it to see where it goes
i just wanted to alert admin to the problem and warn new users
