Question about second blog option?

If I decided to open a second blog, would that one automatically be considered a "paid" blog with its own domain name?

I would like to start a second blog about my journey with diabetes. I am fairly new at the beddies thing and though it would be fun to write about it to help me get through it all.

If you already have one of the few "paid for 8 weeks" blogs, starting another does not mean than you will be paid for that one also.
