Problem with the html tag

Hey I can't get the html tag to work. I've typed HTML3456 with the [ and ] on either side and nothing happend. I've embedded youtube video and also added the /HTML3456 at the end.

What's wrong with it? Here's what I've got...

You need to leave out the 3456 from the closing tag.
