my New Page format changed

Jon, my New Post page for Shifting Realities has a new element on it that I don't recognize or even know where it came from, can you help me out? I want to get rid of it after I know how it came into existence. Thank you . Raven

It should be gone now. You accidentally created a blank extra post field which is usually used for things like classified sites etc.
