OK, it's working again now.

We moved a few domains over to another server which was using a newer version of some software which behaved slightly differently.

Nah - it's still not working. Sorry Jon.

But this time I get an error:

Exception 410: no images defined `Image::Magick'

Hi,

I've re-booted and I'm still getting the same error message. I've tried it with a couple of different images and it's the same error.

I always only load jpegs and gif files so I'm pretty sure that's not what it is.

I'm so sorry to bother you about this Jon.

I hope you can help me. I haven't changed the way I'm doing anyway....?

No bother at all. It is most likely still a problem at this end.

Could you give me a link to an image which you have tried to upload? Also are you using IE, firefox, or another browser?

Hopefully we will be able to get to the bottom of this.

It seems to be a problem just with IE.

It's late now so I'll fix the problem tomorrow.

For the moment you can use firefox which works fine. It's a better browser anyway (more secure) and you can download it at firefox.com.

Thanks for using firefox. It should work for IE as well now. Let me know if you have any more problems. It was a rather tricky bug to work around so there may be other issues which I've not thought of.

Hi Jon,

I'd like to submit a series of cartoons I'm doing on MS paint, but I can only post the image as a thumbnail using the taskbar. That's not big enough. I need the cartoon to be bigger so that people can read the dialogue..pretty much take up most of the blog space. Any hints on this? I've seen others do it.
