I Couldn't Upload Any Images Onto My blogposts!

Jon, I have a problem here and I need you help.

For your information, all of my four blogs suddenly cannot upload any image onto it, where it always returned with this message, every time I tried to uploading an image...

Here's the words:

An Error Occurred While Uploading Your Image. 4

Exception 435: unable to open image `/usr/www/users/tn3n8/t0pic2/ user_images/cute-discovery-ro bot.jpg': Permission denied

Would you please help me to overcome the problem?
