I have added a logo for another site on my blog. Can I make it link automatically to Examiner and, if so, how do I do it?

This is for the "Examiner" image?

That's not possible where you have it. You will need to place it in your menu. See this post on blogrolls.

Once you have it in your blogroll let me know and I'll add the hyperlink unless you know how to do it yourself.
