How do I make Comments text appear on my home page?

I want the comments to be viewable without having to click on them. I can't find where to do this.

all the pages you have linked to are individual posts, not blog homepages
DeepPencil, MyApologetics, and Horrorphile all use the "tile" format on their homepages
if you want to do that go to: MyOrble > Settings > Post Summary (fifth blue heading from the bottom) > Tile (use the drop-down box to select)
on ScreenTrek http://www.screentrek.com/ Matt is using the standard homepage, as you are, that is selected by choosing "none" in the drop-down box for Post Summary
on Matt's ScreenTrek and your Culinary Hatchet there are several posts appearing one under the other on the homepage, the first few are full text, and as you scroll down to the bottom the rest are just the first few lines and an invitation to [Click Here To View More]
you can alter how many posts appear as full text on your homepage under MyOrble > Settings > Post Settings (third blue heading from the top) > Show full text of posts on Blog Home Page > select a number, "All" or "None" from the drop-down menu
when you are viewing a standard homepage you have to click on an individual post to see the comments it attracted
