Error While Uploading Images

Hi,
There has been some error while uploading images and everytime I try to upload an image it gives an error. It is not the format error, actually it is not uploading any image even the ones recently used. Kindly fix this as soon as possible.

We had a new server which was not set up properly. Should be working fine now.
