Advertisement is out of view

On some layouts the ads are placed way out of view, like on the 'banner 2' layout the ads on the left hand side are placed really low, out of view unless you are either scrolling down the main page or reading down an extremely long post.
It is a bit of a layout problem, but it does irk me.
